Question

Let's assume I recorded me playing guitar on my camera while at the same time audio was recorded into Studio One. So I have two audio tracks: one in Studio One and one on my camera, both are the same but the quality is much better for the one in Studio One as it was recorded directly thru interface.

Can I import video and automatically sync camera audio track with the track I already had in Studio One using some easy 'one click option' in Studio One?

I don't know of a way to automatically sync. But it should be pretty easy, although not one click. I think the easiest way, there may be better one. Would be to import the video, click on the bottom of the video player to create audio track, the wave icon. Then select the new track and use the bend tool (next to the to info view, question mark) to analyze the track. It will add a line at each of the notes, you might have to adjust the sensitivity. Do the same on you track, and move your track so that the first lines of both tracks line up, I'd zoom in to be sure.
