I have double checked to make sure none of the parts have any kind of notation such as pedal, ritard, etc. in the last bar. Also, when the export process is almost ended, suddenly the track starts playing the last bar (which has a whole note in every part).

Exports are based upon the options chosen along with how you have set up either your Loop region or the Start/End markers.

Which method (or between markers) are you using?
