Can I connect the io24 to a USB 2.0 type A connector on my PC with full functionality?

If I do not have any type C connectors on my PC, can I connect the io24 audio interface to a powered USB 2.0 or 3.0 type A port on my PC (with a C to A cable) and maintain full hardware and software functionality?
