Headphone stereo(left & right) not working when connected through Studio 24c audio interface

When I plug my headphones directly into my laptop (3.5mm jack) I can hear the audio in stereo.

When I plug my headphones through Studio 24c Audio Interface (6.35mm jack) I can only hear audio in mono.
