can my Studio One 2 Pro be upgraded to Studio One 3

I have Studio One 2 Professional
Version: 2.6.5 build 30360, I want to know if i can upgrade to Studio One 3. I moved about a year ago and am finally settled and putting my home studio back together, logged in and saw the new software release
