Question

i cannot drag and drop from the browser to create a musicloop. i AM able to select the track ,click and drag into the the loop window however there is a black circle with a cross bar and the loop is not made.     i have updated the software to the latest version and restarted the software. Windows 10   i9 processor  lots of ram.      I also comfirmed that the program is NOT being run as an administator.   I was able to download presonus  sample music and audio loops. I CAN drag them into a track. I CANNOT slightly modify these same  PreSonus musicloop, and then drag them back into the loops folder.  I CAN drag PreSonus audio loops from the loops folder onto a track. I CANNOT move the same audioloop either modified or not back to the loop folder.

I am sure this is something small, I just cannot find a way to make it work. Thank you.

Just to be absolutely clear, I think you're stating you can't drag audio from the timeline into the browser and make a music loop file. Is that correct?

Sorry if you made it clear in the above text, but I honestly don't get your issue fully.

It could help showing a video of the issue if you have a screen recorder etc. If you have a Nvidia GPU there is Geforce experience that I use a lot and could help with, but that only if you have the right GPU.

I'm not a support agent, just a normal user trying to help.
