i had sound through the main outputs connected to my stereo amplifier then probably changed a setting not knowing it would turn off the sound from main outputs. i have sound coming through via headphones but not the main outputs.

any help would be great, im a newbie to audio interfaces and all the rings you have to go around to get them working properly

Go to your main buss for the song you're in and change to the speakers.         Mine is 1/2 for my monitors and 3/4 is for my headphone out !
