I have been having this issue for a while now, whenever I plug in my headphones to the headphone jack on the AudioBox iTwo, there is no sound. I have had the AudioBox for 5 months and it just started happening. USB from AudioBox iTwo is connected to my Dell laptop (Inspiron 15 3000 Series). Headphones works fine in the laptop. I have tried uninstalling the software, restarting my laptop and unplugging everything and plugging it back in. Please help.
