No sound coming from AudioBox iTwo headphone jack

Hello,

I have been having this issue for a while now, whenever I plug in my headphones to the headphone jack on the AudioBox iTwo, there is no sound. I have had the AudioBox for 5 months and it just started happening. USB from AudioBox iTwo is connected to my Dell laptop (Inspiron 15 3000 Series). Headphones works fine in the laptop. I have tried uninstalling the software, restarting my laptop and unplugging everything and plugging it back in. Please help.

The best way to resolve this issue is by creating a support ticket from your my.presonus account.

Be sure to attach system info files to your ticket:

If you are using a headphone adapter i.e 3.5mm to 1/4 jack, try a different adapter to test.
