Your trouble may be your "upgrade" to Windows 10. Now, if you have installed Windows 10 using an OEM installation disc, then this is good. If you have "upgraded" to Windows 10, you system may be corrupted. You should install Windows 10 with an install disc and reformat.
You may also need to ensure that your computer is fully up to date with all current Windows Updates.
Go to your computer's vendor website and search your model computer. Install all model specific driver updates for your computer.
