No Playback(sound) From AudioBox itwo using windows 10

Tried checking for similar post but didn't see relevant reply. Kindly assist. I am new to Presonus and recently upgrated from windows 7 to windows 10. I manged to download and run the Universal Control drivers from my account after registration. The problem i am having now is that i can choose it as the audio card driver in REASON(production tool) and get sound but no sound when i play songs through media player. I have checked my playback settings and selected it as the default device but still no sound or movement from the song. It only plays when i enable Realtek high definition audio. Kindly assist.

Your trouble may be your "upgrade" to Windows 10.  Now, if you have installed Windows 10 using an OEM installation disc, then this is good.  If you have "upgraded" to Windows 10, you system may be corrupted.  You should install Windows 10 with an install disc and reformat.

You may also need to ensure that your computer is fully up to date with all current Windows Updates.

Go to your computer's vendor website and search your model computer.  Install all model specific driver updates for your computer.
