Hi, in the studio environment, I wan't to use the studio pre-sonus live 16.0.2 as the sound card (to transform analog data to digital) while the sound comes from an external pre-amp (of 2 channels).

To which 2 line inputs on the studiolive board should I rout the pre-amp?

which inputs are the most "clean" and' "stable" and "transparent"  and "without-processing" for this need?

You may use any line inputs from the mixer to complete this task. All Line inputs are designed the exact same way, therefore you may use any line inputs from the mixer to complete this task.
