Just want to confirm after rendering a track to audio that has a dynamic eq on it that the dynamic functionality of the eq still happens on the track behind the scene.

Not sure what you mean.
When I render an audio track, it removes the plugins.
When I Transform an Instrument track to Audio, it leaves the plugins as-is.

The dynamics of the EQ will be as per during the render. after that it's just a track.
