All I have is Prime 3. So which upgrade do I need to get professional 3?

There's not a specific "upgrade" path for this. Upgrades are for users who are looking to move from one paid version of Studio One to a different paid version of Studio One. Given that you have an unpaid version of Studio One, there's technically not an upgrade path for this. You would just be looking to purchase a regular copy of Studio One 3 Professional.
