- Try increasing your ASIO buffer size in your audio interface prior to opening Studio One.
- See if you can find a service that correlates to the problem.
Go into Studio One>Options>Advanced>Services and disable your VST, VST3, ReWire, and ARA services. See if the pops continue with the plug-in services disable. If no pops, turn on one service at a time until you find which service is causing the issue. Within that service there will be a plug-in causing this.
