Question

Hi, I just downloaded the Notion 5 demo (for Mac) and find that it is unable to open the .notion files that I created on my iPad and stored in iCloud. The files show up, but cannot be selected and opened. However, if I save the file as musicxml in iCloud on my iPad, they can then be opened in Notion 5. I wanted to know if this is a quirk of Notion, or just part of the demo version. Thanks, Jack

Hi Jack,

Notion should be opening .notion files, even in demo version. I have it working here fine with iCloud drive, both on Mac and Windows and iOS. Can you create a ticket via my.presonus.com so we can walk through it with you in Tech Support?
