Is it possible to backup our studiolive 24.4.2 ai full settings and use the backup in our new studiolive 32r ?

If so, how to do it?

I`m new at this so it may be a dumb question....

This most likely can never work. The physical (and technical) architecture of the 24.4.2 (like the 16.4.2, 32.4.2) is not the same as the 32R. This would be like backing up a Windows computer and trying to restore it to a Linux (or UNIX) computer... they are not the same.

Correct, the backup information is not transferrable. The two series use different protocols.
