Question

I see another user posted a similar question but it was not answered.

On my Quantum 2626 inputs 1 and 2 do not work. No signal is passed. All other ports work fine. Any idea what is going on? I have barely even used this interface. :(

Do you have anything connected to the Preamp Out and Line Return on the back? If so, try removing those connectors and see if it helps.
