Question

I'm trying to plug a bass  guitar in my quantum 2626 through the input 1 and 2 Mic/Instrument and there is NO sound or visual cue. The inputs 3 and 4 as well as the rest work normally. SO why would my mic instrument inputs be disabled or not working? Any ideas. This is stressing me out. Just paid big $ for this. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

BUMP.  Just happened to me, except input 2 does still work.  BUT, no control in Universal control, only from front panel.  Input 1 is totally dead.
