Eris E3.5 PreSonus Bluetooth will not appear in list of devices on Windows 11

I have restated devices, updated Bluetooth drivers, ran troubleshooters, made sure the speakers were not paired with more than 2 devices, followed all of the recommendations on Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows website, and I still cannot get the speakers to pair with my computer. I made sure the speakers were in pairing mode when attempting to pair. The PC is ibuypower, purchased in Summer 2022 from Best Buy. The speakers show up on my phone. The speakers sit 6 feet away from my computer. When the speakers are wired into the computer they work. My computer has no issue pairing with other devices. My partner is tech savvy and has tried all these + plus other solutions I may have not tried and he can't get it to work either.

I purposefully bought these speakers to use for my piano + my pc since it has Bluetooth capability. What would make this not work?
