usually, double click will make 1 measure new event , it's very easy way of Studio One .
but between loop selection, double clock make long event at start to end of the loop.
it's sometime convenient, but sometime wanna make 1 measure quickly.
on the situations, it's very good e.g. option+double click make 1 measure event .
