Sorry I've no idea what "more information" Presonus is asking me to add. And now it's not even clear if this response will be underneath the post I'm responding to. DUH?! Other that those confusions, this answers forum seems to work.
I'll just repeat the question because it's not clear now if the question I asked is actually going to be accepted... I'm getting a bogus "No more than 120 characters allowed" in a red error bar, even after I shortened my question to only 113 characters long.
I just wanted to point out the following:
If a cable change fixed it, maybe just unplugging and plugging the cable at both ends might fix it in some cases?
