Firmware File won't open say Disk Image Corrupted

When I go to update my StudioLive III 32S and 16S, I receive an error saying "The disk image couldnt be opened the Disk is corrupted.

The link is directly from the website in "My Products" section.

Its happening on both my Mac Book Pro and Mac M1

Sounds like the firmware image you have is corrupt.  Have you tried re-downloading it?

Are you using an SD card to update your console, or are you doing it through Universal Control?
