I have a MacBook Pro (new, just purchased), running Mac OS Sierra, 2.7 ghz i5 core intel chip.

dmg simply will not load.

You may have a corrupt download, try downloading it again.

Make sure you're on a solid broadband connection using a Wi-Fi router connected to a fast Cable or Fiber connection.

Do not use the wi-fi hot spot / tether from an mobile phone, these often will lose packets during data transfer resulting in a corrupt file download.
