Hello everyone, beginner user here. A producer I really like posted a preview of a song on Twitter and I noticed he has his track meters showing above the faders as opposed to the left like it comes as default

How can I achieve that same layout? I'm not sure if that is even an option by default, but any input on how this can be done would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is a dumb question!
