I desperately wait for this key command. Let´s say I select a note on the 3rd 16th of the 2nd beat in the piano roll. With a command "select notes on same position" I could now easily select all notes of a region that have the same position. Logic has it and it´s very fast and handy. I do not found a way yet to get this in S1.

Just moving to S1 from Logic and this is function is must have. Makes editing midi notes so fast. In key commands in Logic it´s called "select same subpositions".

There MAY be a function like this. In the Piano Roll, there is a tab called Filter and Delete with a dropdown called Select and it offers Note Filter.

You can select notes "at Interval."  However, it's weird to use and doesn't give expected results. At least not for me. The UI for it is just... weird and doesn't make sense to me.

I did manage to select the off beat 8th notes in a pattern and then increase their volume to get what I wanted.

I also came from Logic. On the whole, S1 is a much better workflow, but it's oddly missing some basic MIDI editing/arranging functions. Weirdly, since Logic is an Apple product, I get FAR FEWER crashes in S1!
