I was hoping somebody could help me understand why my newly purchased Roland Integra 7 appears to not receive midi from my Presonus Studio 18/24 USB interface ( the USB cable is not connected to the Integra ).
If I connect my Arturia keystep midi out to the Integra midi in, the Midi light flashes and sound can me heard.
However if I connect the midi out of the Presonus 18/24 to the Integra, the midi light remains off and nothing can be heard.
I have several other synths that connect using the Presonus 18/24 interface midi out with no problems at all.
I use a Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 as a master keyboard into S1
I am running windows 10, Studio one pro version 5.5.2 and really just need to understand why I cannot get midi into the Integra via S1. Thank you for any suggestions you can provide.
