When I create a new set of tracks to be assigned to an existing instrument, the MIDI input channels are incremented, but all of the outputs remain on the first set of output channels.
For example, say I add a packed instrument containing 16 channels. In the "Output" options, I select "Existing Instrument" and check the "Ascending" flag. What happens is 16 new instrument tracks are created with MIDI channels incrementing from 1 to 16. But the output channels for all 16 tracks remain on output channels 1 and 2. Instead, I have to go through every one of the new tracks and manually increment the output channels.
