One of my presonus Eris E8 monitors does not power up out of the box. Any suggestions?

Used power outlet and power cord from the working side = nothing

Have not even registered the product yet

As long as you're within the return period from the shop or online place you bought your product from, contact them and exchange it for another pair. This is faster than going through us.
