Hello,

Since one of the latest updates (3.1 or 3.2, can't remember), Studio One have met some issues with my digidesign MBox2 :

- Play do not start (but can be fixed by swapping Mbox/[internal card]/Mbox and restarting)

- Total crash when opening the ASIO panel and switching between internal/SPDIF clock.

My setup : Surface Pro (1st gen) with Windows 10, latest Studio One version, latest (which mean 'last') digidesign MBox2 ASIO drivers.

To remote switching internal/external MBox2 clock, I must use... Reaper ASIO panel !

Any clue?

Laurent

Please ensure your MBox drivers are fully up to date. This is what usually causes this issue. If there is still an issue, please submit a support ticket with the following information.

You can help me get a better view of your hardware configuration by sending back the following requested files:

1. Please send me your computer's System Info file.

1. Go to the Desktop.
2. Press [WinLogoKey] + R to bring up 'Run'.
3. Type 'msinfo32' without quotes.
4. Press the [Enter] key.
5. IMPORTANT: Click File then "Save...," save this file as a .nfo file format and rename the file your name and attach it to this email.

IMPORTANT: "Save as" type: System information File (*.NFO) and attach it to the reply of the ticket.
