Why does my computer fully recognize my Audiobox 22VSL but not Studio One?

My computer recognizes my audiobox and audiobox software. I can play sound and the name itself "Audiobox 22VSL" comes up. However every time I open studio one 2 I get no "initializing audiobox" and instead recieve "no audio device" as my chosen audio device. When I click it to choose audiobox, the option is not there. I recently upgraded to windows 10 on a clean reformat install and nothing else has changed. I tried completely uninstalling the audiobox drivers and reinstalling as suggested.

What more can I do?

You don't have the driver installed.

Windows will see the device ID and display it in Device Manager, however you need to install the device driver get full functionality out of the device. When you registered your 22VSL you got Studio One Artist, but the device drivers are available as a separate download both in your account and on the download page here: http://www.presonus.com/support/downloads/AudioBox-22VSL

Download and install the drivers, then launch Studio One and under select Audio device the AudioBox 22VSL will show up.
