Hi !

I use my Ceres 4.5 with the incorporated bluetooth of my ASUS N56VZ laptop (win 10x64) , Everything's fine until I move my Mouse logitech MX anywhere 2 also in bluetooth (and also with no dongle ,with the blutooth connection of the laptop)...It causes drop outs in the audio of the ceres everytime , making them unusable with bluetooth connection

The only workaraound I found was to use only my touchpad instead of my mouse...But that's not what I wanna do ! wink

Is there any solution ?

Thanks in advance

Alex

The Ceres is a wireless device and it is susceptible to radio interference as defined in the FCC guidelines for wireless devices. In your case the other bluetooth radio is interfering with the Ceres, for this the Ceres has a multitude of analog audio connectivity options which can be used instead.

The solution is to use an audio cable to go from the 3.5mm output of your computer to the 3.5mm Aux Input on the front, RCA or 1/4" inputs on the back on the speaker.

Or use a wired mouse and continue to use your Ceres monitors with bluetooth.
