hello, I have a Studio one Artist version 2.5.2.22258 and when I check my updates it informs me that a new version is available and rready to update 2.6.5.30360 howerevr when trying to update it fails to update, plus I cannot install the komplete players...

please help

Log in to your Presonus Account at my.presonus.com

Select Software and there you should see your registered version of Studio One.

Download the installer.  It will be version 2.6.5
