I cannot update Studio One 4 Prime, when the transfer window pops up, it just says failed when I try to download.

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

First, uninstall Studio One from Applications, this will not remove your songs or settings.

Please use Google Chrome, log into your My.Presonus.com account, and download/install Studio One. This will effectively update the software to the latest version.
