Question

Mono, Power and Monitor Mute lamps flash. Tried to power off several times but the problem was still there.

Tried to start next day and the HP4 worked alright.

What does it mean when all 3 laps was Flashing?

Please first check to make sure you are using the correct power adapter. The HP4 uses a 12VDC 1Amp power supply.

If that checks out ok, you may have an issue with your unit.
