Question

What means i.e  "31:12 days Record Max" or when i open a new side "54:02 days Record Max"  down on the song page ?.  It seams to be a remaining record time, but for what ? I have tried to find the answer in the user manual but with no success.

What Does it means ?

This means your computer's hard drive has enough space available to record 31 days and 12 hours of audio at the sample rate you have selected.

For example, if your hard drive was completely full you would see "0:0 days Record Max" at the bottom (and would thus be unable to record anything).
