I am having what appears to be sampling and dropped audio issues. When I playback sessions in Cubase, some tracks play, some don't, some play faster than others. It's totally freaking out. If I record, it will show the recording, but won't play back or will play back parts and drop out other parts. I am totally discouraged and freaking out. Never had a problem with any other interface. This setup has been working flawlessly since I bought the interface in August.

Windows 10 x64 (latest updates)
Presonus universal control (current version)
Cubase essentials 8.0.4
studio one v3.3 (latest update)
Pentium dual core 3825u
16gb ddr3 ram
Faderport (love this thing)
Steinberg qc

1. Please try increasing your ASIO buffer size for your audio interface in the control panel for the AudioBox iTwo prior to opening Cubase. See if a higher ASIO buffer size/Device Block Size puts less strain on your CPU.

2. Please make sure Windows is optimized for pro audio: https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/pc-optimization-guide-for-windows-10/

3. Check in Cubase to see if a particular plug-in or plug-ins is causing this issue. If you identify a problematic plug-in, see if you have the option to disable multi-processing within that plug-in.

If none of the above helps, please submit a support ticket. please create the ticket and include the following requested files.
