I am having a problem with my Audiobox 22VSL. I had to do a drive wipe and reinstall of Windows 10 Pro. I then went to my account page and downloaded the only software associated with this registered hardware, "Universal Control v1.8.1 for Windows". I accepted all the default settings during the install. The Audiobox is not working, and Device Manager displays this information:
"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source."
So I have the latest driver, delivered directly from Presonus, but it won't play nice with Windows 10 Pro. Any guidance would be most appreciated.
My computer is a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, 256GB SDD, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro with the latest Anniversary Update (version 1607 - OS Build 14393.187)
