No, the text files with the information are not compatible. An AI board (UC Surface) can not read the file of an old SL and vice versa. You need to transfer your settings manually. BUT...!!!! This is a BIG CHANCE! Please consider that your RM32AI sounds totally different than your SL 2442! Where the old SL needed some heavy tweaking, you possibly need to do nothing on RM! So PLEASE listen first and let your ears decide, what sounds "good". Allow yourself a new start and get to know your new machine. I had a SL 2442, changed to SL 2442AI and later added the two RM mixers. The SL Series II (as we say since yesterday...) was sounding much better already, but the RM's sound even better!
