Playback Problem

My guitar, or vocals or anything getting recorded through just inout sound its crystal clear, but if I'm trying to mix input and play back whatever I'm recording becomes extremely distorted and almost synth like in  nature, very crackly and stuff.

If anyone can help please do!

May need to tweak buffer size.  You are using input monitoring I assume?
