Question

Hi. Just a quick question. I bought your sound effects bundle back in 2013 and have been using it intermittently. Last time I used it I had Notion 5. Earlier today I bought the Upgrade to Notion 6 and installed all the other plugins/extra sounds I had. I think they work, but when I tried getting the Sound Effects to work, it just didn't happen. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Could be down to the location of the sound bundle, or making sure you are using the same account that you bought the sound bundle with. Probably easiest to create a support ticket via your my.presonus.com account and we can work it through with you,
