Hi,

I'm new to Studio One and tried to search the answer without success.

As an example, I open MAI TAI synth with it's virtual keyboard below. If I launch "record" :

. notes entered with external midi device are recorded on the track.

. notes entered with the mouse on the virtual keyboard are not.

I need to do that, not for Mai Tai but for example with Groove Agent's pad.

Is it a setting somewhere that allows to record midi events played directly on VSTs controls ??

Thank you so much

Renaud

You cannot enter Midi data just by clicking on the virtual instrument.

If you do not have a keyboard, you can either add your qwerty keyboard to the external devices menu or manually mark the data with the pencil tool in the edit window.
