Will Studio One 3 work with this mixer and do I need Capture anymore?  I didn't see it in your software downloads.

Studio One 3 will indeed work with the StudioLive 16.0.2 (you actually get a copy of Studio One 3 Artist with the StudioLive 16.0.2). You can still use Capture for live recording, but it's not required to do so.
