Is there a way  to get S1 v2 to see Vst3's that are in another location other than the default C drive ?

I have all my Vst 2's installed on a G drive and want to start installing Vst 3's in their place.  However, S1 will not recognise any Vst 3 unless I install into the C drive.  Other DAW's don't seem to have this issue and are happy to have Vst 3 installed wherever (ie Reaper).

I have tried resetting the blacklist and I have checked that I have the locations correctly mapped to G drive.

Is there something else I have to do to get S1 v2 to see Vst 3 from a location other than the C drive ?

Did you check off Scan at Startup?

Yep tried that.  Maybe uts just a S1v2 thing in that VST3 must be installed to default C drive location.

I'm in the process of upgrading to v3 so maybe that will be happy to let me install vst3 to any location.
