I can't fill out a ticket request

It wouldn't let me active my new Mac it keep saying activation fail an when I try to fill out a ticket request it keep saying I don't have any authorization for that page so what do I do now and I was signed in when I try to submit the ticket can you please help

Your account is activated and you were able to log into it today.
