i cant create a ticket.

universal control software is not functioning properly. I've tried to create a ticket dozens of times using firefox, chrome, explorer, edge but everytime it failes to create a ticket. any suggestions?

same here, it says "creating a ticket" after clicking "save", but nothing shows up afterwards.
