Question

I plug my guitar in to the AudioBox, and when I click to record, It is delayed by about a second. This makes it very difficult to record. Any tips?

If you are on a PC you need to adjust your buffer size. This is done by opening UC and lowering the buffer size value. There is no "correct" buffer size value as it really depends on your computer's specs, but a good place to start might be 256 or 512.

If you are using a Mac you can simply try different USB ports.

If the issue persists please open a support ticket with PreSonus technical support and they'll give you more specific assistance.
