Sound stop frequently with my Audiobox USB

I have a problem with my Audiobox USB: sometimes when I'm listening to music or anything else the sound stop and I have to unplug the USB cable and then replug it in order to get sound again. It's really annoying, especially when I listen with iTunes because after repluging the audiobox I need to restart iTunes to get sound again.

Please help me

Hello, I have the exact same issue. Sound stops very often and I have to replug the Audiobox like every 5 min. Need some help, thank you.

Please check a couple of things:

1) Check the quality and integrity of your USB cables.

2) Run a diagnostic check of your USB ports.
