is it possible for players, to get full mixing in there feedback with more volume for there instrument ?

If I understand you correctly, you basically want more volume for what your "players" or your "artists" will here.  If this is correct, you should consider using a headphone distributor.

The VSL mixer will not "boost" input signal more than the preamp gain will provide.
