Question

I have a new studio live ar16 usb and the included studio one 3 artist version. I can record levels through the mixer and can see the data being received and played back on the daw but cant here any sound though any output on the mixer. I've played with all levels and nothing. Can you point me in the right direction? yes the usb is plugged into the mixer and comupter

So he said to make sure that the channel level (fader) on 17/18 is turned up, the USB/SD card return button is down and that the Bluetooth is off for Audio Output set to 1 and 2. On 15/16, the 3/4 button is depressed and the channel level (fader) is up for Audio Output set to 3 and 4. It worked for me.
