Question

I've tried updating and upgrading within Studio One 2 Producer, to Studio One 3.2 Artist upgrade, but it fails to download. I've also tired upgrading on mypresonus account entering the key code, but also fails with this message, "you need a valid license for 64,8 to use this upgrade key" Can someone help please? tnx

Based on your question, you should submit a Support Request for further assistance. It sounds like you purchased an upgrade key and may have not received the correct upgrade. Should you not be attempting to register an upgrade key, you will need to purchase one in order to be able to upgrade to version 3. It is not a free upgrade.
