I received Studio One 3 Professional as an NFR from the music store I work for. Upon downloading the program (which is friggn awesome. Presonus, you guys really outdid yourselves!) I then downloaded the additional soundsets and loops. For the life of me, I cannot access the soundsets even though it says they are installed on the computer and even in the Studio One Installation menu in the program. Help me, Presonus, you're my only hope! ;)

My Mac is running El Capitan and my interface is a Scarlett 2i2, if that helps at all.

Dylan,

Just to be clear, you have all 30 bundled sound packs installed with your Studio One 3 Pro? If so, you should see all sorts of effects, loops, and stock Plugins within your copy of Studio One 3 Professional. You can also check your Studio One Sound Sets folder on your Mac to make sure that they are installed in the correct place and that Studio One is seeing them.
